William Cleo (W.C.) Walters, 68 of Dover, OK was born January 5, 1951 to E.C. and Naomi Walters in Sayre, OK. He was the eldest son of six children. W.C. came to Dover to be with his parents after his discharge from the Army where he honorably served in Vietnam and Germany.
After a few years of travel and several different cities and oil field jobs, he settled in Dover, OK in the mid 1980's, where he went to work at Farrar Construction.

W.C. had a very diverse approach on life. He loved being able to help. It didn't matter who, or when, or why, if you needed it, he was there. From building pig pens to helping with race cars, or a motorcycle ride. He loved his church and was always the to help with food boxes and clean up. Taking pride in his family in Christ that he shared. Eventually bringing his own family into his church. Finally retiring his way, he was able to enjoy both loves of his life, Jesus and Harley Riding. He passed quietly in his home with his family close by. He will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents; E.C. and Naomi Walters; one brother, J.C. Walters, and special friend and sister-in-law, Paula.

He is survived by his sister Carolyn Hobert, of Woodward, OK; brother, Mike Walters and wife Paula, of Dover, OK; sister, Liz Norton, of Dover, OK; and brother Buddy Walters and wife Debbie, of Crescent, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Monday, January 6, 2020 at 2:00PM at the Dover Cemetery under the direction of Sanders Funeral Service.
