Patrick Kelley was born November 6, 1962 and passed away at home on September 8th, 2022. He was preceded in death by his Father, David Kelley; Mother, Verena Kelley; Sister: Kathryn Willis; and Uncle, Clifford Willson. He is survived by his sister, Karen Sanders; and three nephews, Jason, Nicholas, and Robert Sanders. He is also survived by cousins Linda Gould, Robert Randall, and Danny Randall. Patrick was retired from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, where he was a senior heavy equipment operator. He was an avid target shooter and collector of firearms. Graveside services will be 10:00am, Wednesday, Sept. 21 at New Home Cemetery in Dover, OK.
