On Wednesday, August 11, 2021 Michael Thomas Schoelen passed from this life and into the arms of Jesus Christ.

Michael always had a passion for the outdoors. Hunting and fishing were his favorites. He was known for his infectious smile and kind and compassionate spirit. He was truly a compassionate man.

Michael was born in Kingfisher, OK on August 14, 1957 to Louis P. Schoelen and Florence Schoelen Wood. He attended Kingfisher High School.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father, grandparents and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Michael is survived by his siblings, Laurence S. Schoelen (Jeanie), Joan Schoelen, Janie Mercer (Joe), Mark D. Schoelen and Jeffrey L Schoelen (Ute).

Graveside Services will be 10:30 am, Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Kingfisher Cemetery in Kingfisher, OK., under the direction of Sanders Funeral Service.
