Lunora G. Frakes (Jerri) age 88, passed away on Monday, November 9th, 2020 at Cimarron Nursing Center in Kingfisher. She was born July 6th, 1932 in Glendale, California to Ray and Lunora Koonce. Jerri was raised by her grandmother.

She was married to Bill Frakes until 1989 when Bill passed away form cancer. Lunora worked at Pioneer Telephone for several years. She enjoyed fishing, watching western movies, and spending time with family.

Jerri was preceded in death by her daughter Sherri and her husband Bill.

She is survived by her two grandsons; Colton Pennel, Justin Pennel and his wife Dawn, two great-granddaughters, and many other family and friends.

A funeral service is scheduled for Friday, November 13th, 2020 at 2:00 PM at The First Assembly of God in Kingfisher, with Pastor Ron Bruner officiating. Directions to the church can be found at www.firstagkingfisher.org
