Karen Hester Rhew Trumbley was born November 24, 1955, in San Antonio Texas. Graduated from Highlands High School Texas.

On July 23, 2021, at the age of 65, she passed away in Kingfisher.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Guy Stokes Rhew, Althiea Allbee Rhew and stepmother Fay Lewis Rhew, her brothers; Roger Rhew, Carl Rhew and Roy Rhew.

Karen is survived by her ex-husband Paul Treyig, son Brian and Kristina Treybig, dogs Milo and Summer of Kemah, Texas, daughter, Natalie Branson and fiancée, Brett Weyrick of Kingfisher, OK. Karen is also survived by her husband Bobby Trumbley of Watonga, OK., daughter Connie Trumbley and Steven Collins of Bristow, OK., daughter, Bobbi Trumbley and Dyrrecco Beavers of Kingfisher, OK., stepson, Doug and Rachel Trumbley of Glennpool, OK., stepdaughter, Janice and Richard Herrera of Carlsbad, CA., niece, Tisha Strickland and family of League City, TX., nephew, Roger Rhew of Louisiana, grandchildren include John Ross Loewen III (Trey) and Grace Loewen, Zane Treybig and Day Gonzalez Fairview, OK. Chance Branson and Mary Tompkins, Achilles Branson, Haven Branson of Kingfisher OK., Taytum Parker, Blayton, Bryher and Beckem Collins of Bristow, OK., Addilinn, Kaileen and JayCoBee Trumbley of Kingfisher, OK., Helen and Richie Herrera of Carlsbad, CA., great grandchildren include Asher Blaine Aldrich, Ozzy May Treybig, Hazel May Gonzales, and Ross Loewen.

Karen had many jobs, she was a bounty hunter, owned her own restaurant in Watonga - Eclipse Cafe, as well as Hollytex in Watonga and Walmart, she knew how to do it all. She was a hard-working woman that always provided. The most important job she loved and cherished the most was being a mom, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her kids and family were the most important thing to her. Karen's love and naturally optimistic aura shined through in every aspect of her life.
Karen loved sun and moon stuff, she loved to cook a lot and her food was amazing, she would give anything and everything to anyone, even her last dollar. She was selfless, she thought of everyone else before herself. Karen was strong, courageous, a warrior, a provider, a comforter, thoughtful, grateful and the most wonderful woman anyone could ever know. She was so wise she always had the answers and the perfect thing to say no matter the circumstances. She was the best woman ever, she was one in infinity, to the moon and back, to the sun to the stars she was loved more than we could ever show her. She always had a smile on her face that was genuine, and her kind nature illuminated any environment she entered. Although her earthly body isn't with us anymore her love and kind spirit lives within each of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. We celebrate with her as we know she will always be with us and watching over us. We can't wait to see you again mom.

Her services were family only under the direction of Sander's Funeral Service on July 27, 2021 where she was cremated.
