We are sad to announce the passing of Karen Lippoldt of Kingfisher, Oklahoma.

She went to be with our Lord on Thursday, February 22, 2024. Karen was born on June 12, 1945, in Concord, California to Carl and Florence Lemon. After moving to Oklahoma, she graduated from Kingfisher High School in 1964. On June 25, 1966, she married Eddie Lippoldt. Eddie and Karen had two daughters, Tracy and Carley.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Florence, and her husband, Eddie, of 52 years and brother–in–law, Fred.

Karen is survived by her daughters Tracy (Stephen) Shiever of Enid, OK and Carley (Jason) Gangl of Okarche, OK; her grandchildren, Morgan, Jordan, Allison, and Wyatt; her brother, Ronnie (Peggy) Lemon of Kingfisher and Carl Lemon of Texas; brother-in-law, Robert (Mary) Lippoldt; sister–in–laws, Judy (Gary) McNair, Barbara Ashley and Susan Lippoldt; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Sunday, February 25, 2024, from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Sanders Funeral Chapel, 124 E. Broadway Kingfisher, OK 73750. Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 26, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Sanders Funeral Chapel, 124 E. Broadway Kingfisher, OK 73750, with interment to follow at Kingfisher Cemetery.
