Johnnie H Yost, 78, passed away January 26, 2025, in OKC, OK. He was born October 1, 1946 in El Reno, OK to Herman and Betty Lou (Edward) Yost. Johnnie grew up in Omega, Oklahoma. He attended Oklahoma State University graduating with a degree in engineering.

Johnnie owned A&Y Enterprises most of his adult life and created many steel fabrications. In his life he was a creator. He enjoyed gardening the most and was an expert.

He is survived by his wife, of 58 years, Carrol Hawkins Yost; three children, Terri Talley and husband Brian, Travis Yost, and Megan Parr and her husband Brent. Grandchildren, Vincent Shaw and wife Jessica, Zachary Yost and wife Katey, Zane Parr, Max Parr, Lincoln Parr, and Clark Parr; Great grandchildren, McKenzie Heck, Emmit Shaw, Ellie Yost, and Maylie Yost and numerous cousins, nieces and nephew.

He is preceded in death by parents, Herman and Betty Yost; brother, Gary Yost; sister, Teresa Draper, and granddaughter, Tawni Heck.

Graveside services will be 2:00pm, Monday, February 3, 2025 at Kingfisher Cemetery in Kingfisher, OK.
