John David Adam Hardin was born December 18, 1982 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Ruby LaDonna Hardin. He passed peacefully from this life at his home in Okarche on December 15, 2021. Adam was a 2001 graduate of Calumet High School where he met several of his lifelong friends.
Adam, known affectionately among friends and family as Otis, loved baseball, golf, and football. His first true love was OU football, but WWF wresting definitely came in a close second. He loved heavy metal music and playing video games. His proudest achievement was being a dad to his daughter Jerney. Adam found the career he was destined for when he began working at Nortek Air Solutions where he met some of his dearest friends. He and his three siblings had an ubreakable bond, and he was always quick to tell them how proud he was of their accomplishments.
Adam is survived by his daughter, Jerney Hardin of Tuttle, his parents David and Rhonda Hardin of Piedmont, siblings Brandi Weeres (Matt Fuxa) and Tina Shippers (Matt) of Okarche and Bud Hardin (Rachael) of El Reno, nephews Landon and Ben Weeres, Jett Hardin, and Ian Shippers, and Grandpa Ronald Hardin (Cassie).
Adam was preceded in death by his mom Ladonna and grandmother Mary Jane Hardin.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 11:00AM at First Baptist Church in Okarche with Pastor James Inman officiating.
