Geraldine (Gerry) Schoelen, 82, passed away at home on Thursday, August 22, 2019. Memorial services will be held on Monday, August 26 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Okarche, Ok.

She was born October 20, 1936 in El Reno, OK to Edwin and Goldie ZumMallen. She was homemaker to her beloved husband George and three daughters. She enjoyed traveling and playing games with her friends. Her hobbies included quilting, sewing, tatting, and jigsaw puzzles. She was greatly involved in the church including Ladies Aid (LWML), arranging the flowers, treasurer, and numerous other activities. She also enjoyed the Philharmonic, reading, spending time outdoors in the flower garden, and the color purple. She is survived by two daughters, Linda Rawls and husband Gary of Okarche; Marla Schoelen and partner Clint Roberts of Kansas, OK; Granddaughter Brooke Rawls and Husband Matt of Oklahoma City; Great-Grandson Hudson Klag and Granddaughters Samantha and Lily Sargent of Edmond.

She was preceded in death by husband George, daughter Gina, and parents Edwin and Goldie ZumMallen.
