Eldrige Oran Hubbard a long time resident of Loyal and Kingfisher passed away at his home in Kingfisher on Sunday, December 24, 2023.

Eldrige was born July 15, 1930 and was the second child of Oran and Golda Hubbard.  He attended school at Omega and graduated in 1948.

After high school he worked in Enid at several jobs then came back home to work the family farm. He was very active with his local church family. He has been a faithful attendee of the local Kingfisher Church of the Nazarene for over 40 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents Oran Hubbard and Golda Hubbard, and sister, Grace Immel.

He is survived by his wife, Pauline Musick Hubbard as well as his children; Carla Sue Hubbard Cochran and her husband Randy of Fort Worth, Texas and Sherry Kay Hubbard of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Monte Brown and his wife Merisela of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Ginger Duckwall and her husband Ron of Argyle, Texas and Scott Brown and his wife Theresa of Gladewater, Texas. As well as his nine grandchildren; Jacob Brown, Grant Duckwall and his wife Hannah, Erin Williams and her husband Matt, Jonathan Brown and his wife Lyndsey, Jennifer Willard and her husband Bryan, Addison Brown, Krystin Brown, Kyrie Griffin and her husband Harrison, and Mitch Duckwall. As well as five great grandchildren; Killian Williams, Tobias Williams, Mia Willard, Kendra Griffin, and James Eldrige Duckwall.

Services will be held at the Kingfisher Church of the Nazarene on Friday, December 29th, 2023 at 10 AM. He will be laid to rest in Kingfisher Cemetery located on Hwy 33 west of town.
