Danny Joe McKinley

Dan McKinley, 78, Died December 21st, 2020 at his son's home in Chanute, OK. He was born December 15th1942, in Winona, KS, The son of Staff Sergeant Andrew Joe McKinley and Maxine "Micky" Louise Rogge Castonguay.

He Attended Harrison High School in Colo Springs, Co. class of 1960. Following graduation, he served in the US Navy as an Aviation Machinist and Aircraft Mechanic. After the Navy he moved to Kingfisher, OK where he became a Ford Technician and Service Manager, he also spent 8 years as a Kingfisher Police Officer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Uncle Dean Rogge, stepfather Harold Castonguay and Cousin Jeri. Survived by his brother Tim McKinley; Sons Mike, Timothy and Cody; Grandchildren Triston, Kristofer, Parker, Josiah, Landon, Patience, and Declan; Aunt Joy Rogge; Cousins Sherri, Michele, Van, Terri, Bart, Ron, Dan.

Dan was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, four wheeling, while spending time with friends and family.

There will be a PRIVATE family service at a later date and time. Services are being handled by Sanders Funeral Service of Kingfisher, OK, 73750.
