Clifford Leroy Willson gently passed from this life February 18, 2021. Clifford was born May 23, 1942 to Orville Alton Willson and Elizabeth Madeline Campbell.

Clifford was raised on a farm west of Dover. Over the years he developed a love of the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He also shot trap and was a competitive shooter.

Clifford attended and graduated high school in Dover, Oklahoma. September 18, 1961, he enlisted in the Navy. He took advantage of educational opportunities and after honorable discharge September 18, 1967 he sought employment in the field of aircraft draftsman. He went to work for Beech Aircraft and also worked at Hawker Beech of Raytheon Aviation. November 2004 Raytheon Aircraft recognized him as a Six Sigma Specialist. Upon his retirement Clifford moved back to his home place in Dover.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Elizabeth and two sisters, Vila Randall and Joeann Kelley, and one niece Kathryn.

He is survived by nieces Linda Gould, Patricia Shah, and Karen Sanders, nephews Danny Randall, Robert Randall and Patrick Kelley, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.

A gentle heart has begun to rest and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held at Sanders Funeral Service on Friday, February 26, 2021 10:00 am - 6:00 PM.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 27, 2021at 1:00 pm at New Home Cemetery.

The family ask that you be respectful of social distancing guidelines and wear a face mask.
