Christie Ann Sibit born March 8, 1985 to John and Lisa Vogt of Kingfisher, Oklahoma. She was an only child who grew up a country girl working on the family farm, heavily involved in FFA and graduated Kingfisher High school in 2004. She studied nursing for a while because of her desire to help others. Christie was a caring and loving soul.
Christie married Michael Marion Sibit June 1, 2012. She adored her husband and her children, Cole Anthony Sibit and Savannah Sky Sibit of Oklahoma City. And although he did not live with them, make no mistake about it, she also loved her first born son Matthew Luke Vogt. In addition to those mentioned, she is also survived by her parents, John and Lisa Vogt; aunt and uncle, Terry and Lisa Suitor; Uncle, Donald Vogt (and Sonda Mitchell) ; cousins Kyle (wife, Morgan and son Landon) and Brent Suitor, grandmother, Retha Vogt and grandmother Marguerite Legros and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Proceeding in passing by her grandfather, friend, and sidekick Leo Vogt.
Christie loved Jesus, her given family and also her chosen family and friends. She was a great mother, great wife, great woman, and friend with an unforgettable smile of gold!
Services for Christie will be 10:00am, Thurs. Nov. 18 at Praise House 8601 NW Expressway in OKC, OK.
