Charles Wayne Branson, 61, of Kingfisher, OK, died March 20, 2021 in Kingfisher, OK,

Charlie was born June 7th, 1959 to Melvin Paul and Bernita Eva Moore Branson in Kingfisher, OK. Charlie was raised in the Kingfisher area.

Charlie moved with his family to the Kingfisher area when he was a child where he attended middle school and high school in Kingfisher.

Charlie married Victoria Lee Garmon on September 2, 1988. Together they raised 3 children Kelly, Cherie, & Chad.

Charlie enjoyed spending time outdoors with his family and friends throughout his lifetime. As a child he enjoyed spending time on the family farm with his sisters and cousins going for nature walks, catching snakes, & fishing. As an adult he enjoyed gardening with his wife, raising animals, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Charlie worked as a long haul truck driver to provide for his family for many years. He spent the last several years of his life helping to care for his parents.

He is survived by his wife Victoria, daughters Kelly and husband Gage Coldwater of Wewoka, OK, Cherie and husband Luke Lemke of Kingfisher, OK, son Chad Branson of Kingfisher, OK, his sisters Sylvia Bernhardt of Kingfisher, OK and Debra Henderson of Kingfisher, OK, six grandchildren Aurora & Pike Coldwater of Wewoka, OK and Eli, Eian, Evalyn, & Eleanor Lemke of Kingfisher, OK, nephews Donnie Bernhardt of Kingfisher, OK and Mitch & Lane Henderson of Kingfisher, OK.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin & Bernita Branson, brother Gaylen Paul Branson, and nephew Brock Bernhardt.

Visitation will be Thursday March 25th from 9:00AM to 6:00PM and Sanders Funeral Service, 124 E. Broadway, Kingfisher, OK.
