Carol Jean Martin 79 of Fay Oklahoma, died Thursday Oct 31st at Kingfisher Mercy Hospital. Memorial services will be held Friday Nov 8th, at 11:00 a.m. at the First Christian Church in Watonga, Oklahoma with Adam Lovitt officiating.

She was born on December 27, 1939 to James Joseph and Ora Ellen Zeka in a rural farm home in Blaine County, the county where she spent most of her life. She loved her solitude and enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys come up to get a drink from the stock tank. She also loved to play pitch, sing in the choir and spend time with friends at both Watonga and Fay Sr. citizens.

Carol is survived by: a daughter Cristi and husband James Thornton of Okarche, Oklahoma, 2 grandchildren; Brooke Ellen Thornton of Okarche, James Joseph and wife Sydney Thornton of Calumet, and 4 great-grandchildren; Bre' Ellen, Brenae', Blayke & Briar Rose all of Okarche, 1 Brother Glen Zeka of Everette, WA, 1 Sister Jo Ann and husband Philo Gravitt of Oklahoma City and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by both parents James Joseph and Ora Ellen Zeka, husband Jerry, 3 children (Rusty, Scott & Mark Martin), 2 brothers Jimmy Wayne and Steven Lane Zeka, 1 brother-in-law Johnny Crawford and 1 sister-in-law Fern Zeka.
